Vincent Marra is a Miami cop on medical leave in Puerto Rico, where hes being stalked by a sex offender he testified against. Vincents girlfriend leaves him for a job as a hostess in an Atlantic City casino, then turns up dead. In Puerto Rico, a cabbie is also found dead. Its up to Vincent to travel to Atlantic City to see if there is a connection.
