Jim Kaplan made his professional acting debut at the age of 9 in Lincoln Center Theaters Tony Award winning revival of The King and I He went on to appear as Lawrence in the Broadway production of School of Rock Eric in the national tour of Matilda and Jason in the national tour of Falsettos On screen he can be seen in Universal Pictures Marry Me 2022 and director Alexander Paynes feature film The Holdovers 2023
