William Hill was born and raised in the North Ward of Newark New Jersey After doing Theatre in the NJ area he trained as an actor with Sanford Meisner at the Neighborhood Playhouse School Of The Theatre in New York City In addition to film and television projects he has appeared on Broadway and in Theatres across the country
