Chai Fonacier is a Filipino actress and musician She was born in Cagayan de Oro City subsequently moving to Cebu City and eventually in Metro Manila as a fulltime actress She has won several awards for her work including Best Supporting Actress Awards for the short film Operation Prutas 2015 and feature films Miss Bulalacao 2015 and Patay na si Hesus 2016
