Tom George

Tom is a director and sometimes writer of TV and film He directed all three series of the acclaimed BBC comedy This Country The show which Tom also helped to write won a total of four BAFTAs including one for Best Scripted Comedy as well as a host of other awards His other credits include the BBC legal comedy Defending The Guilty which starred Will Sharpe and Katherine Parkinson Tom began his comedy career in short films which screened at festivals around the world His debut feature film See How They Run Searchlight Pictures which stars Saoirse Ronan Sam Rockwell Adrien Brody Ruth Wilson and David Oyelowo was a box office hit in 2022 and is now available to stream on Disney
