Joel Swetow Born December 30th 1951 is an American character actor who has nearly 80 credits to his name in film television and video games He is perhaps best known as Mr Brown the right hand man of Hugo Snyder the main villain in the 1992 Martial Arts cult classic the 3 ninjas He has appeared on the hit tv series Charmed 1998 and played several roles in the Star Trek Franchise
