Olivia Cheng is a Canadian actress of Chinese descent She was born in Edmonton Alberta Canada in 1985 She began her acting career in television appearing in guest roles on shows such as The Good Wife and The Mentalist In 2014 she landed her breakout role as Mei Lin in the Netflix series Marco Polo She then went on to star in the Syfy series Deadly Class and the HBO Max series Warrior
