Al Checco July 21 1921 July 19 2015 was an American film television and theatre actor Born in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania he was known for playing the role of Bernard Stein in the 1968 film The Party Checco was also the partner of actor Don Knotts in which they were performing entertainers in Special Services to soldiers during World War II
