Steven L Anderson is an American pastor of Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe Arizona He is also widely known as the founder of the controversial New Independent Fundamental Baptist movement and he has received international notoriety for praying for the death of certain public figures including former US president Barack Obama and Caitlyn Jenner and advocating the death penalty for homosexuals He is a writer and director known for The Life of Moses 2010 AIDS The Judgment of God 2014 and Failure to Obey 2015
