Chef Trevor Ritchie recently represented Canada at the most prestigious culinary competition the Bocuse dOr After being selected as the best Chef in our country he placed second at the Americas semifinals and led our country to 13th place at the world finale Chef Technologist at George Brown College Toronto he worked in Canadas best kitchens Langdon Hall Queens Landing La Société Campagnolo just to name a few Cooking competition isnt new for him he was also Chopped Champion Chopped Canada represented Canada and won gold at Hans Beuschkens Culinary Challege and placed world second at Angliss Culinary Cup before leading team Canada at the Bocuse dOr He is now back to George Brown College Toronto where he shares his knowledge with the next generation
