Mariel Molino born Mariel Chantal is a Mexican American actress She grew up in San Diego California Both her parents are from Mexico City she grew up speaking Spanish at home She began performing in small plays at her school and at Coronado School of the Arts by age six By that age she was convinced she wanted to become an actor Her career started in Mexico City through theatre television and film In Los Angeles Mariel studied at Loyola Marymount University Anthony Meindl Actors Workshop and HB Studio in New York City
