Dr Angela Phipps DO is a hair restoration surgeon located in Raleigh NC and is featured on the TLC show Bad Hair Day where she works her magic to help patients with a wide variety of hair loss ailments She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marshall University Huntington WV in 1994 followed by her DO from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2000 She completed her ENTFacial Plastic Surgery internshipresidency at Botsford General Hospital Farmington Hills MI in 2002 followed by a Family Medicine residency at Suncoast Hospital in Largo FL through 2004 and then a fellowship in hair restoration surgery at Ziering Medical Beverly Hills CA in 2005 Dr Phipps joined Bosley Raleigh NC in 2009 after 3 years of hair restoration practice in Beverly Hills CA and Las Vegas NV
