Thaddeus Bullard is an American professional wrestler and former college and professional football player Bullard played college football for the University of Florida and thereafter he played professionally in the Arena Football League Bullard is a professional wrestler and is signed to World Wrestling Entertainment WWE working under the ring name Titus ONeil  He was part of the second season of the developmental brand NXT and also competed in the shows fifth season NXT Redemption He also found fame in WWE as one half of The Prime Time Players
