Jesse Conde born October 10 1952 is a Mexican voice theater and television actor originally from Tabasco His characters include most of the time older adults villains or characters who can sometimes be moody hyperactive or funny He is best recognized for voicing Mr Potato Head in the Toy Story franchise the Green Goblin in the SpiderMan film trilogy and in SpiderMan No Way Home Captain Hector Barbossa in the Pirates franchise from the Caribbean the Joker in the 1989 Batman film dub and Professor K?z?
