A native of Limerick Liam has had a varied acting career which began working and touring extensively with the citys Island Theatre Company His TV debut at age 15 as a suicidal teenager in the RTEBBC drama Edward No Hands was a precursor to a career on stage playing roles as diverse as Cary Grant to Billy Bibbitt to Bianca in Taming of the Shrew It was while playing Owen in the Manchester Library Theatres production of Translations that he got the opportunity to audition for ITVs long running drama Emmerdale He played the part of village curate Ethan Blake for 2 years before returning to the stage recently for a production of The Glass Menagerie An accomplished voice over artist he plays many and varied characters in several animated series produced by Magma Films and the BBC As a singer he has performed in many jazz cabarets most recently with the Emmerdale Cast in a Big Band Charity Concert at The Sands Venue in Gainsborough IMDB
