Tom Knoblauch was born in Omaha Nebraska Together with Ben Matukewicz he started Omahabased Aksarben Creative in order to contribute to the Midwests film culture He writes and directs his own films as well as producing and developing the work of others in the region He lives in Omaha Nebraska and hosts the NPR talkshow Riverside Chats
