William Abadie is an actor William Abadie is an actor and producer born in SaintRaphaël on the Côte dAzur in France He spent his childhood and adolescence in Megève in the French Alps After many trips abroad he settled in Paris where he studied at the Ecole Claude Mathieu In 1998 he left Paris for New York He became a student of The Lee Strasberg Theater Institute where he won an award of excellence It was at this time that he became a permanent member of the Actors Studio He created his first play in New York in 2000 entitled Italian American Reconciliation which he produced and in which he acted A few months later still as a producer and actor he staged OffBroadway Dennis McIntyre Modiglianis play Her first film appearance dates back to 2002 in Adrian Lynes film Infidèle a remake of Claude Chabrols La Femme infidèle He recently filmed Homeland Season 3 for Showtime in Charlotte North Carolina
