Salim was born May 28 1977 in Dallas Texas USA at the age of 4 he did a commercial for Sesame Street 1969 appeared in several theater productions at 5 with a Houston childrens group called Too Short for Prime Time He gueststarred in various TV series such as Sister Sister 1994 and Family Matters 1989
