Annette Leslie Jones born September 7 1967 is an American standup comedian actress writer singer and game show host She was a cast member and writer for the NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live from 2014 to 2019 In 2017 and 2018 she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her work on Saturday Night Live In 2010 her onehour comedy special Problem Child was broadcast on Showtime and in 2020 she had another special Time Machine She starred as Patty Tolan in Ghostbusters 2016 and Mary Junson in Coming 2 America
