Baron Paul Hill born June 23 1953 is a retired American politician who served as a US Representative for Indianas 9th congressional district from 1999 to 2005 and from 2007 to 2011 A native of Seymour Indiana Hill is a Democrat and as a member of Congress belonged to the conservativeleaning Blue Dog Coalition of that party Hills district is in the southeastern part of the state stretching from Bloomington to the Indiana side of the Louisville metropolitan area
