Sam Hoare b 27 June 1981 is a British actor and director best known for his role as Dickie Burnell alongside Matt Smith in BBC1s Olympic drama Bert amp Dickie 2012 Hoare wrote and directed his début feature film Having You starring Anna Friel and Romola Garai which was premièred in May 2013 on Sky Movies
