Gerard Malik Linton born 9 December 1973 is a JamaicanAmerican film director screenwriter and producer He began his directorial career with the short film NO MIRROR LAND 2001 starring Crawford James He also wrote the screenplay for A WALK IN THE DARK 2003 an arthouse short directed by NO MIRROR LAND producer Bruce Lucas His bestknown work is DAUGHTER OF GOD 2016 a surrealist drama starring Keanu Reeves and Ana de Armas His upcoming projects include ANDRÉ AND ADELINE THE SEVENTH SWORDS and SHADE LAND
