Kelly Siegler born October 12 1962 is a former Harris County State of Texas prosecutor She has been the Bureau Chief of the Special Crimes Bureau which included the Major Offenders Division the Major Fraud Division the Identity Theft Division the Asset Forfeiture Division and the Consumer Fraud Division She is best known as an investigator on Oxygens formerly TNTs truecrime reality series Cold Justice of which she is also a producer along with its spinoff series Cold Justice Sex Crimes
