Kristian Bruun is a Canadian stage and screen actor producer and writer best known for his regular role as Donald Donnie Hendrix in the television series Orphan Black and Constable Slugger Jackson on Murdoch Mysteries He plays the role of Janus Ferber on the series The Recruit He attended the Valley Forge Military Academy in Pennsylvania the Queens University in Ontario and the George Brown Theater School in Toronto At SDCC in 2015 both Kristian Bruun and Tatiana Maslany dressed in childrens Halloween TMNT costumes at a Live Comedy Bang Bang taping the only celebrities to do so
