Alan John AJ Buckley born February 9 1977 is an IrishCanadian actor He is known for playing nerdy crime lab technician Adam Ross on the CSI NY 20052013 and Navy SEAL Sonny Quinn on the series SEAL Team 2017 He also had roles in Supernatural 20062014 The Box 2007 Home Sweet Hell 2015 and as the voice of Nash in The Good Dinosaur 2015
