Frank OConnor is responsible for the Halo brand as Franchise Development Director at 343 Industries which was launched as a game series on the first Xbox gaming console Prior to that he worked as a content manager for Bungie on the same franchise He has contributed to several novellas and other pieces of writing in the Halo universe and made several cameo appearances like in the miniseries Halo 4 Forward Unto Dawn
