Brent Butt

Born in the small farming town of Tisdale Saskatchewan Canada population 3000 as the youngest of seven children Brent began doing standup comedy in 1988 He was soon headlining top clubs and theatres across Canada and has been selected to represent his country at both the Just For Laughs International Comedy Festival and the World Comedy Tour in Australia He has appeared in numerous Canadian television programs and a few US shows The XFiles 1993 Millennium 1996 Becoming Dick 2000 He was named Best Male Standup at the 2001 Canadian Comedy Awards He lives and works out of Vancouver on Canadas West Coast and is concentrating more on acting
