Morgane DziurlaPetit 1996 France is a filmmaker based in Sweden She graduated in Cinema at the New Sorbonne University in Paris and Film Production in Cannes She gained professional experience working at the Cannes Film Festival and Roy Andersson Filmproduktion in Sweden where she moved in 2017 Her films are on the borderline between documentary and fiction Her first short film The Day 2018 was selected by the 41st Göteborg International Film Festival Excess Will Save Us 2019 was awarded Best Short Film at Tempo Documentary Film Festival Sweden and ClermontFerrand International Short Film Festival France Grab Them 2020 was nominated for Best Swedish short at Göteborg Film Festival 2020 Excess Will Save Us 2022 marks her feature film debut
