Natasha Wanganeen born 20 June 1984 is an Aboriginal Australian actress screenwriter and producer She is known for her debut starring role in 2002 feature film RabbitProof Fence aged 15 Started acting when Natashas aunt said she should attend a local drama workshop for Indigenous youth at Port Adelaide Wanganeen is a third cousin of famous Australian footballer Gavin Wanganeen and playwright Trevor Jamieson
