Terry Loughlin April 7th1944June 27th 2017 was an American character actor who began his career in 1983 and went on to appear in 59 films and tv shows Some of his work included A Time To Kill 1996 The Jackal 1997 Out of Time 2003 and The Punisher 2004 He was married to his wife Leslie until his death and they had 3 children together
