A new governmental body is created to solve X-file and high-crime cases. Federal Expert Service brings together specialists in various areas: software development, ballistics, forensic, and investigators. FES is doing the whole range of expertise and research, and it investigates the most complex and intricate crimes. Launched as an experiment, FES trains young professionals and assists other special organizations, like FSB and MVDs branches, in solving crimes. Any investigator or detective, people from the Prosecutors Office and a police officer can ask FES for help. A futuristic office was created especially for shooting: a laboratory, a meeting room, a morgue, an interrogation room, and so on.
